Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on new, unworn, unwashed items that are clean and free of pet hair within 14 days of delivery of the original item purchased. 

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to ALL returns and ALL exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the error is ours
  • Returns or exchanges not mailed within 14 days of delivery will not be processed and may be returned to sender


REQUIRED: CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING — NO EXCEPTIONS

Customers MUST contact us via the website and receive approval BEFORE mailing back any return or exchange.

Items sent without prior contact and approval will NOT be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Exchanges

  • The customer MUST pay shipping for the incoming and outgoing exchange item
  • All invoices for shipping and restocking fees must be paid before your outgoing exchange is shipped
  • Exchanges WILL NOT be processed if shipping payment is not paid

REQUIRED RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS — READ CAREFULLY

ALL returns and exchanges MUST include a note inside the package.

Returns or exchanges received without the required note will NOT be processed and may be returned to sender.

The note MUST include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact information
  • Reason for return or exchange and new size needed if applicable 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, customers MUST submit a return request or contact us via the website with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return or exchange

Approved returns will receive instructions before items are mailed back.

Final Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange — no exceptions.

By placing an order with Branded Denim, you acknowledge and agree to all shipping, return, and exchange policies stated above. Failure to follow these policies may result in refusal of the return or exchange.
